Upload

Choose the workbook to convert. The first worksheet should contain sections with Month, Date, and Day columns.

Use this only when schedule headers use short names. Format each line as schedule header,full name.

Leave blank if the workbook already contains the names exactly as they should appear in the CSV.

Output settings

These values are applied to every generated row unless the workbook says otherwise.

CSV location column.

Creates positions like Risk Morning.

Columns containing these tokens are skipped.

Cells with these values do not create CSV rows.

Shift rules

Each schedule code is converted into a CSV position, start time, finish time, and end date. The “ends next day” switch means the CSV end date becomes the following calendar day.
